  • Warping for double weaving
  • Weaving for double width and tubular weaving

This class is for students with a basic background in weaving on a rigid heddle loom.  We will be warping for a double woven bag, using multiple yarns in slots and holes.  Wowza!  Don’t let this scare you, as Maggie will lead you through the warping and weaving process, step by step.  If you want to felt the bag after finishing the project, use feltable wool yarns.  Otherwise, you may want to line your bag with fabric.

Supplies needed for the class:

Rigid Heddle Loom of any width, and two heddles of the same epi (ends per inch).

Recommended size is 7.5 or 10 epi.

10% off on class supplies purchased in Reverie.

Note:  There is pre-work for this class.  Maggie will send an information email a week before the class begins.
